房东想加租就能随时加？

房东想加房租，是可以说加就加吗？还有房子有的问题，房东都不弄好。我们可以投诉吗？

房租一般在固定的合同期限之内，一般是不可以随意乱加的。另外，民宅房屋的维修都是房东的责任。如果对方拒绝这样做的话，您可以拒绝支付房租，自己找人过来修理的。
