宿舍停暖气, 热水, 还用各种理由推搪, 该怎样做?

宿舍三天两头停暖气和热水，又不赔偿，还用各种理由推搪我，该怎么办？

按照法律规定，如果宿舍没有热水或者暖气供应的话，这是可以构成非法驱逐的。你们有权利扣除房租，甚至要求他们赔偿损失的。
