Financial Settlements schedules

Thanks for the help.
I wonder how the financial settlements are scheduled.
Seperations in Jun 2021, Hong Kong
Court healing in Dec 2021, but I refused to reply of their emails. So the count decided not to proceed with it.
I was wondering if the financial settlement are counting from the date after separate or after the devoice had actually been done ?

The court said if we still wanted the devoice, we could reapply after a year.

What if I disagree with the divorce ? can he force me to agree with that ? At the moment he kept all of my money and investments and he refused to return them to me until the divorce is agreed with the count. And I have no money for solicitor to check with my right.
