I am a trustee in a will and in the will there is a property that still yet to discharge the mortgage, does that mean I am personally liable to pay for the property?

It is not correct as it is general rule that a trustee cannot use their own money to pay any of the fees no matter legal fees or mortgage payment. Do not worry about it, normally, the house will be sold and the money would be divided to the relevant beneficiary you merely act as the beneficiary’s hands until they are eligible to inherit the money or property.
