I am born in the UK and I am now 10 years old. Can I apply for naturalisation?

A person born in the UK after commencement who is not a British citizen is allowed to apply for naturalisation after he/she has attained the age of 10 years provided the number of days which he/she was absent from the UK in that year does not exceed 90 days.
