I am selling my residential property, is it mandatory for me to provide Electrical Safety certificate to the buyer?

It is mandatory to provide this to the tenant if you are renting. But it is not mandatory to provide if you are selling. If you are selling your own residence place and you have never carried out any electrical safety check you are not required to do one just because you are selling the property.
