请问以前买Leasehold房子的地租继续交吗？有没有什么新的法律呢？

目前来说还是需要继续交的。不过，如果地租过高的话，您可以考虑看自己先前的律师有没有过错，如果有的话，是可以考虑要求他们来赔偿的。
