After getting my EEA Family Permit in May as an unmarried partner, I arrived in the UK, and I applied to the PSS on the 25th of May.

My EEA Family Permit expired the 30th of June because of Brexit.

The outcome of my PSS application was a refusal because of eligibility grounds, under the EU6,EU14 rules of the appendix AR, basically they told me that I didn’t have a Family Permit, but I do.

I applied for an Administrative Review, the day 11 of August, and I’m still waiting for the result.

As I’m working here in the UK, I need to travel, and I thought that if I left the country with the AR pending, the same would be withdrawn.

But yesterday, I found some special guidelines for Adm. Reviews under the Pre Settlement Scheme, and it seems that the application is not withdrawn if you applied under the PSS.

Can you please help me to confirm that this is ok?
If I print all the documents to prove to the officers that it is that way, do you think I should have any problem in customs? (I can’t use e-gates because of my passport)
