    中国人可以申请创新签证或者首代签证吗？如果可以申请的话，有英国本科的学历是否就不需要语言证明也不用考B1了？

    中国人当然可以申请创新或者首代签证的。当事人的英国本科学历是符合语言豁免的条件的。
