店名涉嫌侵权怎么办？

我们外卖店被人警告说抄袭他们的名字，他们已经注册了，然后叫我们改名。我想问问如果我们在名字后面加个字可以吗？就比如说多加一个英文字母，还是说要全部改掉？

如果您的店名确实是涉嫌侵权的话，您一般是需要换掉的，除非是您可以证明您的店名和对方的业务是没有任何相似之处，或者您们的店名使用更早的话才可以。
