I am proud that we have retained our Legal 500 ranking in immigration. The past year has been difficult on both sides of the practice. Sponsors have had to absorb higher salary and skill thresholds and a run of rule changes. Meanwhile, families have been living with a £29,000 income requirement, a paused rise, and real uncertainty about how long settlement will take and on what terms. Holding our position in that environment is a credit to the team. Clients, whether a business or a family, have needed clear advice delivered quickly, and that is what we have tried to give them.
